Celestia is a modular data availability (DA) layer. Rollups and sovereign chains publish block data to Celestia instead of bearing DA costs themselves.
Light nodes verify availability through sampling, which keeps resource requirements lower than a full execution chain. TIA secures the network via proof-of-stake.
